Additional work is anything outside the scope of the original service requested.
This is normally requested when a cleaner has identified areas that require work during an inspection of the property. Additional work can be requested before or during the completion of a service.
Where possible, Whizz provides an estimated cost for completion and requests approval from the customer via email. If approved, the work is completed during or directly following the original service.
